Description

Cal-Prop one is the leading property management in Pacific Beach with an annual growth rate of 15-20%. The company is currently organized around three departments: Property Management, Accounting and Maintenance/Grounds. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Dealing with applicants and tenants from showings to lease signings* Correspondence with tenants and applicants* Taking maintenance requests * A thorough understanding of the rental market;* High standards for customer service;* Communicating with various vendors,* Conducting property inspections. HOA experience desirable.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years recent professional property management experience. Candidates will also have the following skills:* Ability to work under pressure;* Strong communication and customer service skills;* High level of professionalism;* Team player;* Experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment will be very helpful.

Education

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook. Experience with Yardi is highly desirable. Current California Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one.
