We are seeking a star quality Leasing Administrator to join our team at our 980+ unit waterfront apartment community located in Marina del Rey, CA. You will be responsible for assisting the Leasing Consultants by answering all leasing calls, organizing and coordinating leasing tour appointments, maintaining stock of marketing brochures and price lists, and assisting with completion of all leasing paperwork.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have prior front office experience and excellent customer service and computer skills including word processing. YARDI and Excel knowledge of spreadsheets desired. Apartment leasing and marketing experience or equivalent desired.
