Description
Cal-Prop one is the leading property management in Pacific Beach with an annual growth rate of 15-20%. The company is currently organized around three departments: Property Management, Accounting and Maintenance/Grounds. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Dealing with applicants and tenants from showings to lease signings* Correspondence with tenants and applicants* Taking maintenance requests * High standards for customer service;* Communicating with various vendors,* Conducting property inspections. Assisting Property Managers.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will recent customer service experience. Candidates will also have the following skills:* Ability to work under pressure;* Strong communication and customer service skills;* High level of professionalism;* Team player;* Experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment will be very helpful.
Education
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook. Experience with Yardi is highly desirable. Ability to obtain
California Real Estate License.
